Leave Management and Accrual Tracking

The easyTIMESHEET Leave Management Module provides self service functionality for Employees and Managers. The module allows Employees to enter Leave Requests which enables a Manager Approval workflow process. Administrators have a robust rules engine to configure their company business rules and accrual rates. Using a profile-based approach, rules can be tailored to one or more employees.

Employees
View Leave Balances: Employees can view Allowed, Taken, Earned, Balance and Projected Hours. Hyperlinked hours allow employees to view the dates taken.

Unit Type: Employees can view their Leave in Hours or Days, based on company setup.

Enter Requests: Employees can enter Leave Requests for time-off using a Leave Request form.

Enter Leave Time into Timesheet: Employees can also enter their Leave time directly into easyTIMESHEET.

Email Notification: When Leave Requests are made, an email reminder is automatically sent to the Manager.

Request Status: Each Leave Request can be viewed in real time.

Carry Over: System automatically does the rollover of allowable hours each year.

Managers
View Leave Requests: Managers can view multiple Leave Requests at the same time for planning purposes.

Approval of Leave Requests: Managers can approve Leave Requests.

View Leave Balances: Managers can view Leave balances for their assigned employees.

Cancel Leave Requests: Manager can cancel future Leave Requests (once approved).

Terminate Leave Requests: Managers can terminate future dates after approval.

Enter Leave Requests: Managers can enter Leave time on behalf of their employees.

Edit Leave Requests: Existing Leave Requests can be edited, e.g., employee wants to take less time off than requested.
