The time and attendance system used at the
Administrative Law Judges office of the U.S. Coast Guard
was not capturing all of the costs that could be billed
to other governmental agencies. In addition, the system
involved a burdensome process for generating and
documenting charges for customer invoices. Lack of IT

Situation
Card Systems, a software

entire time and attendance process and better timesheet
