If you want to eliminate time theft due to buddy punching, our biometric timeclocks are the right data collection devices for you. With a simple placement of a hand or finger on our readers, an employee is correctly verified and punched in. Did you know that 5 minutes of an employee’s time is equal to 1% of their daily pay? 5 minutes here and there can quickly add up to lost revenue, and by implementing any of our biometric time and attendance systems you can achieve real savings and a real value.

Additionally, biometric time clocks eliminate the need for employees to use badge or timecards to punch in. This further saves you money as you’re spared the recurring costs of purchasing and replacing these cards when lost, stolen or used up. With our biometric time and attendance system your employee’s hand or finger is the card / identification.

Proximity readers allow employees to use a badge to identify themselves.  A built in reader authenticates the employee each time.  Employees simply hold the badge near the reader and the system clocks them in or out.  Many companies already use access or employee badges.  Depending on the type of badge used, it may be compatible with our clocks.

Programmable Function Keys

That let you collect data as employees punch. Common uses include department transfers, tips collected, job codes, or pay codes. Multi-level data entry sequences may be defined. To reduce keystrokes, the keys can also be set to automatically default charge codes.

Communication Options

Biometric Timeclocks and Readers are designed for larger networked installations, allow multiple units to be connected at a site via RS-485 wiring, an optional Ethernet module, or dial-up modem.
